The Good News

T he only good news that we ought to know and remember is that Jesus Christ had already won the war against sin and death.  He has made it possible for us to join Him in the afterlife.  All we need now to do is accept Him as He is.  God is alive today and it may be sometimes be difficult to see this.  The world and its demonic nature has still made it look like that only worldly things matter and that the ultimate goal of each one is to achieve their own personal happiness.  This is the biggest lie of all, that we should do all to make us happy. Individual happiness at the expense of someone else is the biggest deception of all. The truth is, our lives are never really about us.  It is ultimately about God and about others.  It is about how you can provide and give joy even at our own expense. This is the model of ultimate and genuine love that Jesus shown us at the cross. "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s frie...

draft

I would like to create a book, a fiction one.

It would be about about a world similar to Earth but in the distant future. In this world, there is a great divide among the rich and the poor. The rich being able to afford advanced education improved a lot in terms of technology whilst the poor having barely enough had to rely on faith and eventually magic. For years, this resulted to a division of clans...the rich having their technological weapons versus the magic of those who are poor and this division eventually led to wars among these clans...technology versus magic

In the middle of this all, an intermarriage between the strongest clans from both sides became a pathway for peace. The Ragsaw clan, a result of the marriage of Virgil, tech weapons developer and Marge, most powerful spell caster, became the new foundation of a new kingdom whose aim was to stop the war between the sides and promote peace. So King Virgil and Queen Marge, bore four children: Prince Adrian, Prince Josh, Prince Michael and Princess Mitch. All four children became powerful warriors, with the ability to combine technology and magic, they had something nobody had and that helped them maintain peace along with their parents.

However, peace was not to last long. Queen Marge suddenly got ill and eventually died. King Virgil remarried and this caused a rift between Prince Adrian and King Virgil resulting to Prince Adrian's exile and banishment. With the Ragsaw clan torn apart, chaos started to bear it's ugly head once more. The remaining three kids, eventually discovers something about the New Queen, something evil and that she tricked King Virgil and caused Prince Adrian

The Gifts of the Holy Spirit: A Pathway to Divine Fulfillment

The concept of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, as outlined in the New Testament, is a profound testament to the intricate and transcendent relationship between humanity and the divine. These gifts are not merely symbolic tokens; they are transformative powers that enable individuals to transcend their ordinary limitations and align themselves with a higher purpose. To truly grasp the magnitude of these gifts, one must delve into their biblical foundations and understand their psychological and spiritual implications. In 1 Corinthians 12:7-11, the Apostle Paul provides a detailed enumeration of these gifts: “To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. To one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish betwee...

The Poisonous Emotion: Unraveling the Deadly Sin of Envy

In the complex world of human feelings, envy can be a harmful emotion, eating away at individuals with its pervasive and resentful desire for others' belongings, qualities, or successes. This distorted form of admiration and inspiration can have a damaging impact, causing harm to relationships, creating resentment, and eroding one's character. By delving into biblical teachings and self-reflection, we aim to decipher the complex nature of envy, examining its roots, symptoms, and spiritual repercussions. The Bible offers profound insights into the nature and consequences of envy. In the book of Proverbs, King Solomon warns, "A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones" (Proverbs 14:30) . This vivid imagery underscores the corrosive effects of envy on both physical and spiritual well-being. Like a cancer that eats away at the bones, envy consumes individuals from within, leaving them hollow and embittered. Moreover, the New Testament issues stern ...
